Company Description:	1. Review seafarer planning and crewing requirements. 2. Review and update seafarer deployment procedures in accordance with STCW requirements and industry standards. 3. Provide inputs and advice on quality control and performance management. 4. Monitor crewing-related expenditure and ensure compliance with vessel budgets. 5. Lead a team responsible for managing crewing requirements across a fleet of vessels. 6. Engage with seafarers and their families to strengthen relationships and resolve grievances. 7. Independently manage crew retention strategies for both officers and ratings.
