2.      Review and update seafarer deployment procedures in accordance with the Standards for Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) requirements and industry standards.

3.      Complying with Owners requirements.

4.      Compliance with Company QMS.

•   Minimum 3-5 years with a crewing company

Fleet Personnel Executive -

1.     Planning, Placement and Briefing of Seafarers for owners

•   2 to 3 years in crewing company

Fleet Personnel Executive -

1. To ensure the recruitment of the right officer for the right ship.

2. To ensure that the seafarer must be rightly qualified and medically fit.
