Mr. Kishor Pati brings 23+ years of shipping industry experience, with sea service and shore-based management roles. As Head of Recruitment and Retention, he leads talent acquisition and workforce management. He holds a BSc, Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, and an Indian Second Mate Certificate of Competency, blending technical expertise with maritime knowledge and management skills.

Prior to joining VR Maritime, he was Principal Surveyor at Indian Register of Shipping (IRS).
